Interview
It was easy. The HR personnel are very accommodating and friendly that you will feel at ease answering their questions. While waiting in the lobby, other HR staff will chat with you so that you aren't bored to your wits waiting.

Question 1
The usual interview questions were asked and they will base it all on the resume that you submitted so make sure you know what you've written. One piece of advise? Don't lie. TaskUs' background check is very detailed and they will not hire you unless they can confirm you have worked in all of the companies you've listed.
Smooth, checking for ability to have a regular conversation and not rely on a script. Initially conducted over the phone or online - to check your background shift preference and basic skills. It progresses to an exam and then an Ops interview with the final interview usually conducted by the client

HR screening , L1 round more with ops manager as what was your career journey so far. L2 with Sr director who were rude and throwing up all their frustration and asking irrelevant questions and trying to prove you wrong and how incapable you are as a candidate.

Did not mention in the JD that it's a voice process. At the time of interview they told me that it's a voice process which was quite surprising for me.
