Very laid back and relaxed . They do not put a lot of pressure on the candidates . Such as is their chivalry and employee focus. They will ask relatively simpler questions related to your graduation major and thats all . Make sure you study OOPS concepts , some logical reasoning tricks and case studies

Easy process focusing on Projects in detail , Coding , Sql queries , OOPs and some managerial questions followed by HR interview. They mostly focus on your confidence and calmness rather than only knowledge. It's better to have good communication and quick thinking in the interview.
