Interview
First the resumes of the candidates will be sent to all the innovation labs of TCS.
Later they will shortlist the candidates based on the projects related to their research areas that match the labs .
One resume can be shortlisted by one or more labs depending on the research areas.
Then they called up to their office at hyderabad.
Followed by the presentations, Interviews with panels of respective labs started . Remember this was all in phone. So you should have to explain and make him understand whatever question he asks. There is no provision of showing your answers so you have to explain him neatly.
(Telephonic interview with onsite leads in their office)
For the candidates who cleared this. They will conduct HR interview which is just for formality sake.

the interview process was smooth experience overall and the process was well explained in the 1st round of interview. the 1st round focused more on the general fit for the job role and the question answer were more focused on the software developement experience and what technical stack was used.

Round one was technical assessment consist of aptitude and coding round followed up with technical HR and General HR , if selected then there is document verification and onboarding process.
