I attended campus interview. Cool process. Written followed by technical round. Finally hr interview. Aptitude skills are mandatory. Verbal reasoning is also important. For technical basics of programming is mandatory. C c++ data structures and dbms knowledge would be a added advantage. Hr round is full of general questions.communication skills is mandatory. Easy process focusing on Projects in detail , Coding , Sql queries , OOPs and some managerial questions followed by HR interview. They mostly focus on your confidence and calmness rather than only knowledge. It's better to have good communication and quick thinking in the interview.
