Interview
I had applied for the position of Software Engineer with Tavant, and I got a call from them. I went through three rounds of interviews which comprised of aptitude, technical and the HR interview.
While the apti round comprised of the usual questions, had to face algorithm and basic concepts specific questions, puzzles etc. in the technical one. The emphasis was on problem solving rather than programming. The HR round was conversation and negotiation based.

Interview
I applied through a third-party recruiting agency and was interviewed within a few days. Although I was originally aiming for a contract role, the opportunity was full-time. Given my preparation level at the time, I wasn’t very confident about landing a full-time position.
