I interviewed at TeamDynamix
I had an Initial phone screen with their recruiter who was incredibly professional and very caring. Logic test online and after I passed they set up a Microsoft Teams meeting that was supposed to be with 2 people from the development team but only one showed up. (They made their decision based on one person from their team that spoke with me in such a professional way) Asked me about my resume and some very basic questions...got an email from the recruiter that they decided not to move forward. Seems like the development team runs by some hillbilly people.
- Asked me about my resume.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TeamDynamix
I had 5 total interviews, but they were never more than a day or 2 apart. From interview #1 to offer, it was 3 weeks. Despite being job interviews, they always also just felt like conversations, so I left each one feeling really comfortable. TDX wants to make sure that you're not only a good job fit, but also a good fit based on personality and culture, and a genuine, relaxed conversation is the best way to judge that.
- For my role, there was a technical assessment (just gauging your logical thinking) followed by 5 interviews to just get to know you and assess your technical experience (what kind of technologies have you worked with, are you familiar with XYZ, etc.)

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TeamDynamix
1st Round - Introductive call 2nd Round - IQ and Personality Test 3rd Round - Interview with hiring manager 4th Round - sales pitch and skills presentation I did not get an offer, nor was I provided any feedback on why I did not get the role. I went through a 2-week process, and the only feedback I received was that the hiring manager was not sure I was a 100% fit.
- Round 4 - Sell the teamdynamics product.

I applied online. I interviewed at TeamDynamix in Mar 2023
Started off with a 20-30 minute overview and introductory call with a recruiter. This set the expectations for the remainder of the interview process. The next phase was two assessments, the first of which was a personality profile. The second was a timed CCAT assessment, consisting of logic and spatial reasoning questions, similar to an IQ test. This was challenging but doable. After this was the actual interview phase, starting with two back-to-back 30-minute interviews with engineers on the team. These focused mainly on technical skills and giving an overview of the product and tech stack. Very conversational and not overly "quizzy." Finally, was an interview with the engineering director which was in a very similar vein and touched on the team and company structures/processes. Overall, the recruitment process was very pleasant and professional. I always knew the next step and the process moved a long quickly and smoothly.
- I was asked about asynchronous programming and to describe how various async problems are generally solved in C#

I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TeamDynamix
The process is super long and convoluted with 5 steps that includes aptitude tests, personality tests, a 'skills showcase' and multiple interviews. Had a very pleasant first phone call, but wasn't able to make the cut on the aptitude test. The test itself has 40 questions where you really only have 20 seconds per question and consists of brain teasers, pattern recognition, and math problems that had nothing at all to do with QA and my ability to be a diligent professional for their company. I sort of understand why they do it, it's just very disappointing that they value an aptitude test over real industry experience and success.
- First phonecall questions were pretty standard: Tell me about yourself and your career.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TeamDynamix
Thorough, process involved an assessment test before moving to the hiring manager and practical. They clearly take the process seriously and are quite diligent. I would recommend checking out what type of questions will be in the initial assessment test as they are fairly straightforward once you are familiar with them.
- How would you build a campaign for this product?

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TeamDynamix in Nov 2022
I applied through their website and had an initial call with their recruiter. She was friendly and it was a good conversation. The next step in the process is a personality test and cognitive skills/intelligence test that in no way relates to the job. You must pass both tests with flying colors to move forward. While it is communicated that you are not marked off for wrong answers on the intelligence test - you are. You have to pass the test to move forward in the interview process. So if it's been quite a while since you've done any algebra, time to brush up... You do get two chances to take the test. It's 50 questions and you get 15 minutes. You have to answer all questions and they have to be correct. If you pass their intelligence and personality tests, then is an interview with the hiring manager. They then reward you with, you guessed it, another test. This time it does relate to the job - you would put together a drip campaign.
- The usual interview questions like "tell me about yourself" and etc.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TeamDynamix
Pleasant interview with good people. The issue I had was that there is a very long and thorough interview process and even at the 3rd or 4th stage of the process no one would answer my question about compensation range. I decided to drop out of the interview process for fear that I was wasting my time to go get a lowball offer.
- Pretty typical interview questions. It's just that you have to go through it like 8 times

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TeamDynamix in Nov 2022
The interview process was a series of interviews with various organization leaders and a presentation of the company's product. The overall process took about 3 weeks from the initial interview to receiving an offer letter.
- What is one experience or process from a previous role that you would not want in a future role?

Transparent, timely, friendly, low stress, moved fast! This was the most fun interview process I have ever been a part of, mainly because everyone was so friendly to speak with. From first contact to job offer was only about 2 1/2 weeks.
- There was nothing out of the ordinary asked, just simple conversations about by CSM experience, organizational systems/style, what I like about working with customers and what's important to me in management/leadership.
