Upon their confirmation on offer, i had resigned in the current comapny as well. But they had played with my career life..! after resigning they told one more aptitude round is there for offer release. Unfortunately i cud not clear the same, but by reducing compensation, they had again assured me to offer. And at last they simply told they rejected me..! such a worst process and thought of brining it in view considering brand value of the organisation.
