As told before there were 3 rounds the 1st was JAM session and the 2nd was voice and accent round but before hand as i saw the reviews of interview on Tech Mahindra company the same had happened to me.. they will take the interview but atlast they end up saying any absurd reason for not selecting.. i really thank them for this because many of my friends scolded me for going to the interview coz the company forces the employees to leave the job with sheer pressure and stress giving you the greed of good salary...

it has 3 rounds…first 2 are telephonic rounds and for the third one you have to visit the office. They focus on your communication skills and also take mock calls to check how well you can handle the customer queries by providing a solution or an alternative

The interview was conducted by a senior person who was very kind and polite. He asked me technical questions as well as behavioral aspects. He was trying to understand the overall personality.

Technical Interview - moderate question related to Tech stack required by project or mentioned in Resume. Once it is clear, Next round will be Manager Interview. This might be less Technical but can expect few Technical or scenario based questions followed by HR Interview at last
