Conducted 4 rounds of interview as I was a fresher candidate, they have asked some common questions which are usually asked in any interview process for these role. They offered a competitive salary with industry trends and overall interview process was of moderate level.

Question 1
Introduce yourself, Where you see yourself after 5 years down the line, How will handle any customer who is really frustrated with our service? How will your work in teams collaboratively? How much salary would you expect? How much time will you serve these organisation?
Excelent interview, they were very open minded and flexible and still professional. Showed me empathy and encourage me to give my best, that help to create and relaxed environment that helped me to succeed.
It was good but very lengthy and also no HR is responding properly and there is proper rules and regulations for that. Doesn't care about candidates time and effort. Even though it's an MNC it should improve the quality of interview doesn't value the efforts
First round is with hr, its pretty basic.
Second round is Voice and accent: where they check Talking and writing skills, with ivr.
Last round is with the Operations manager.
