I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TechSmith in Feb 2010
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward and they were very timely with their responses. I was first asked to have a phone screen with a member of the Sales team. During the process I was able to tell them a little more about myself and my desire to work there. After the phone screen I had an in person interview with a few more people. They then called/emailed me back within a week to let me know whether or not I had received the job.

Interview
Pretty standard two part interview process. The first step of the interview involved answering questions in a video style format. From here a member of the recruitment team reached out to schedule the “real” interview. The interview was composed of basic interview questions.

There weren't really hard questions. They really are just interested in your personality. They want to know if you're fit to work with their customers by handling concerns, and questions effectively. They also want to know if you have an interest in technology.

Interview
Found posting on a local collegiate job board and applied. Shortly after was offered a phone interview with the Sales Hiring Manager (30 Min). I moved onto an in person interview which included two people: a HR associate and the Sales Hiring Manager. This interview took about an hour and included basic behavioral and situation questions.
