I had an interview scheduled a week in advance. The recruiter called me 30 minutes late, made an excuse that she was double-booked and would call me back 'shortly.' The call never happened and I missed another interview because of it. The recruiter never made an attempt to call me back or show any consideration. I had to contact her via email and then I finally was granted a chance to actually interview. I was already turned off but went along with the interview anyway. When the call actually happened it was the most uninspiring process and I felt that I was simply wasting the recruiters time. Never at any point was an apology issued and when I was asked if I was interviewing elsewhere I replied yes and she let out a snide exhale as if I wasn't allowed to do so. I declined a second interview because this was abysmal.
