They contacted me for a phone screening and then passed me on for a first "interview," which was not an interview at all. My second call was with a VP who asked me only 4 questions - describe your experience, why do you want to leave your current position, have you managed remote teams, and have you worked with Salesforce. It was not an interview and extremely disappointing to me that my time was wasted. She just talked for at least 25 minutes about the position. I kept waiting for her to ask me a question, which never came. I'm still confused as to why they even bothered talking to me when everything was already covered by the phone screening or my resume. This was the worst experience I've had with an "interview." Then they ghosted me for 2 weeks until I emailed them about the position and then they sent me a rejection letter.
