I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Telstra (Melbourne) in May 2025
Interview
3 hours of recorded video interviews using HireVue, including 5 coding questions and 3 additional puzzles. The process was really long and tedious, with no human interaction. Applicants cannot receive any feedback on performance. Considering the length of the video interview and the long waiting period, it was not a good experience overall.
