Interview
met with 3 engineers, 2 quality department and 1 npd. Interview was pretty good, not stressed out. It was one on one interview, they took turns one after another!

3 phase interview process. No technical questions but more or less behavior and review of resume. Then followed by a panel to see if you will fit in with the group.

My interview was for a position in Cartago, Costa Rica site and it was the worst interview I ever had. The interviewers were 10 minutes late, never really offered an apology. The lady senior QE had a really bad attitude. Afterwards, I was contacted 2 weeks later by the same HR recruiter asking me if I was interviewed by them and who was the HR representative...to which I answered herself... It was embarrassing and disrespectful. Not a company that could be taken seriously.
