I've applied online for the role of QA Project Manager a couple of days after the position was open. It has been more than a month now and the only answer I have got was the automated message from their recruiting app minutes after submitting my application. Thorough and multi-step process - initial phone/skype screen which helped establish a clear picture of the culture and quality focus of the company. This was followed by an interview, a written assessment, and then additional interviews. I was impressed with the rigor in the written exercises and the friendliness/candor of the team.

Amazing, people were very friendly and nice. They asked the right questions and smiled at lot. I really enjoyed talking with the CEO and learning how the company was formed.
