They have just sent a multi step proctored exam without any human contact. Why would I do that long and boring exam without getting to know you, without any contact to human?

The whole process was very nice and left a positive impression. The first part of the process was a small online test which was followed by a phone interview and on-site interview. The phone interview was introductory but the on-site one included an algorithm assignment.
