I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Danbury, CT) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview was pretty casual. I came into the restaurant before open and sat down with the managing partner (owner), and two of the other managers who worked there. We really just went over the job position and what responsibilities there were.
3 interviews. 3 different managers. all very nice and the questions were standard interview questions. kind of nerve racking though and I personally think 3 interviews is a bit much.

Tell us about your previous experience dealing with an upset customer.
It was incredibly easy. They actually cared about the individual. They treated everyone like family and there was only one interview process. The management team was very welcoming regardless of race, gender, and sexuality.
