I heard about the interview through word of mouth. At first I applied and was denied the position. I went to the open interviews anyway and was 1 of 2 people hired out of 25 applicants. Sometimes, showing your personality and your skills get you the job!
I expected it to be one-on-one, but it ended up being a group interview. It was the store manager, assistant manager, and 5 other applicants apart from myself. We all took turns answering questions about what customer service meant to us, how we worked in groups, etc.
