I applied for The Children's Place. It took about a week for me to get called in for an interview. It was a group interview, but only two of us showed up. The Team Lead was very open and straight forward with the both of us. She asked us questions to certain types of scenarios. I'm not quite a fan of group interviews, but this one went well. A week later I got a called from the manger offering me a job there.

I used previous experience to answer the questions. If I did not have previous experience, I would state what I would do if I was in the particular situation.
