Although they posit themselves as experts in the field of high-end fashion and claim to be looking for experienced experts to authenticate their finds, they hire mainly through highly publicized job fairs. In other words, think of McDonald's and then take a step down.

Very easy. They asked like 3 questions (favorite designer, are you interestedi in fashion, do you work better on a team or individually) and called me the same day to offer me the job.
No follow up and quick interview. Barely any questions asked and confusion over job that was being offered. Could not give a timeline and didn’t seem interested in my answers
