The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Edmonton, AB) in Feb 2024
Interview
I had a short, friendly interview with the store manager. We talked about my availability, customer service experience, and how I handle busy rushes. They explained the cashier duties and asked a couple of simple scenario questions before outlining the next steps.
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
