Pretty straight forward. Questions regarding previous work experience and general aptitude. The interviewer was somewhat rigid. Sense of humor was lacking, didn’t even smile when I let a lengthy shameless fart rip without breaking eye contact.
Casual one on one. Entirely behavioural questions and very straightforward. Easy process and one interview only. The interviewer was very kind. The day of, we met at the location and it was about a thirty minute discussion.
Straight forward questions. No Surprises. Not a bad start to a Canadian staple. Pretty much what you would expect for this type of job. Its going to be fast paced and food service industry so be they do well in my opinion of letting you know about what your getting into.
