Applied through Tradeweb's job page. Phone screen with a recruiter who then sent me a set of 5 JS questions that were literally homework questions you'd see at the end of a textbook. No follow-up or further communication from their end for about a month until I received a boilerplate rejection email. Some of the laziest stuff I've had the pleasure of being involved in. Look elsewhere.
