Interview
Began with sending in resume over email; was then moved on to speaking with the recruiter. The company ghosts you if you do not make it past a certain stage.

They asked questions specific to my cover letter and resume.
It was very nice, it creates a good environment for you to open up. Not at all pedantic, but invites you to talk about your experience with a smile and very friendly.

Interview
First I had an interview and then a proofreading test. The proofreading test had two parts: a text in English and another in Swedish. Then there is another interview with the management team.
It’s an very easy going interview with few basic questions like motives for application and why I like the company. Very friendly HR person interviewed me and had a nice conversation.
