It was a little crazy - called night before to schedule me for a morning interview - a little odd but maybe part of the plan to determine flexibility. They seemed to have a good team of interviewers with good situational questions. The hardest question was - "if you were a bird, what kind of bird would you be? Then the follow-up was so you are a (x) bird what types of animals might pray on you" Rather odd - but interesting dialog.
