My job offer was rescinded due to not being able to verify financially undocumented months of employment with a startup who didn't have an official payroll system in place. If your previous job experience isn't 100% accurate down to the month of employment (that you can prove with forms), they will rescind your job offer. This means if you worked contract, got paid in money orders, checks, or cash, if you put you worked during those months your results will fail and you will not get the job. Even if everything else passes and the employees are great and they love you.
