Easy, 2 interviews then offer. fast. interviewed with hiring manager then the vp of sales for a few minutes. all in their office. asked for comp plan format and they could only verbalize
I had a total of four interviews before getting hired. One phone interview, two interviews with the Director of Sales, and 1 interview with the Regional VP of Sales. I suggest being prepared for all interviews, as the process can become quite complex due to the nature of the PEO industry.
