Interview
They recruit from several main campuses. Generally, the campus recruitment lead is an associate that has graduated from there. They really want you to get hired so don't be afraid to talk to them and ask for advice. I highly recommend speaking/visiting them at all their events.
From there you do an on campus interview with an director/partner. If you pass, you move on to the in office all day interview.
The interviewers were incredibly friendly and made the process feel comfortable. The questions were typical behavioral questions that were mainly focused on healthcare consulting and how your skills will apply to it.

There was a thorough application process that includes cover letter, resume, and transcript. The application even asks for ACT/SAT scores which I thought was unnecessary. They had a long window where they were accepting applications and I got an email back only after the window had closed.
