I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Triage Consulting Group in Nov 2012
Interview
I started by attending career fairs and information sessions (definitely take the time to make connections and ask questions). I applied through my schools career center, if you are accepted you start with an on campus interview. The on-campus interview was almost entirely behavioral, I interviewed with the head of HR at the company. It was very pleasant, but make sure you have a few questions lined up (a large portion of the interview was reserved for questions). If you are accepted from their you will spend the day at triage. This includes: Breakfast with 2 younger employees (associate and senior associate), 3 interviews with higher-ups focusing on various company values (Managers, Principals, CEO), Lunch with the same 2 younger employees, in addition to a case study (very straight forward, they will go over it with you in detail and answer any questions, you can't really prepare for it). After the day spent at Triage I was informed of my offer about 1-2 weeks later, I can not remember how long I was given to decide.

Question 1
"Give an example of a time you had to deal with confidential information?" Not necessarily hard, but took me off guard. I think the hardest thing in general was just coming up with questions to ask my interviewers. A lot of the interviews seemed to reserve a lot of time for questions.
Full day interview in office. They have you do a test as well as three different interviews with different stakeholders. They also have you do lunch with a senior associate and another associate consultant.

Multiple rounds of interviews that ranged from behavioral interviews to more technical ones. Overall, the process was relatively simple and low pressure. The interviewers were very accommodating and personable, making the experience pretty good overall.
