I thought it was a bid unorganized. I had a generally phone interview to start out with. After that I was told I was going to meet the hiring manager for the position. Once I got there I was really being interviewed by three separate managers for three separate jobs all at the same time. This struck me as kind of odd especially since they did not bring this up.

Question 1
Very basic stuff. The interviewers obviosly had no formal training on how to properly interview. They essentially had a list of our run of the mill interview questions that they ran through one at a time. They were mostly, "Tell me about a time you resolved a conflict with a manager in the past".

I got a call from a recruiter and I moved to the next stage with the department manager.. I’d think it was a good interview convo with the manager.. only to discover that he is a liar.. he said they will get back to me in 4 weeks that he still have a lot of interview to conduct and I got a reply back after the day of interview.. the whole interview process was shady to me.. he said I tick all the boxes in the criteria.. I felt disappointed after getting a feedback.. You want diverse workforce.. y’all should prove it by employing more race (qualified)instead of been hypocritical.. good luck to people working there

You start off with an overview of their culture and what U.S. Bank is all about. Then the group splits up and you are interviewed by 3 different managers. Overall very easy going people and not very stressful.

it was a good interview very straight forward questions. They asked about school work, projects and also my personal eperince. they asked about questions like why U.S Bank, also they asked to say how do i handle stress. just relax and came down and do alot of research on the company before going
