InterviewI applied online. I interviewed at UCare in Oct 2020
Interview process involved a preliminary informational video interview, and a second final video interview. On the first, the manager was wearing a baseball cap, which seemed unprofessional. After the second and final interview, I never heard back. I was ghosted by the incompetent HR person. Seems as though they use the award from the local newspaper to talk up about how it's such a great place to work. The truth of the matter is if they are acting in such a rude manner to prospective employees I can't imagine how they treat people already working there.

InterviewI applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at UCare (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2019
Phone interview, then interview with hiring manager, then group interview. Since I only got to the phone interview, I don’t know anymore than the above information. The recruiter pressed for very specific answers to their questions. Seemed like they were interested in a very narrow area.
