I applied through a form on the website and received a written assignment due within 48 hours shortly after. The assignment had straightforward CS questions about customer problems, troubleshooting, prioritizing issues, and how you would handle a crisis.
Two days later I was offered a Skype/phone interview. The interview was pretty easygoing and lasted around 20 minutes. Most questions were about job/culture fit and knowledge of the company. I received an offer the following day.
Final enrollment on the support website began several weeks later and requires filling out the usual employment forms, having your ID notarized, and a background check on education/employment/references.
