It was a simple interview. Discussed what the program involved. Toured the warehouse. Interviewed with an HR Rep and two managers one at a time. Asked easy questions. Just wanted to get to know you.

The ad said management trainee, but it's just a labor job. Total bait and switch. HR person said that everyone working there started by doing years of labor. I asked her if she did. She said no. I walked. Waste of time.

Are you okay with working on the production line for 18 months?
First round was about 30-40 minutes with a Human Resources manager. I was called for a second round and was interviewed by 3 different individuals part of the warehouse management team. I was there for about 2 hours and they included a quick tour of the warehouse.
