Was friendly and relaxed. Met at a Starbucks. The questions were general and was not overly stressful. There were people standing around waiting to be interviewed if you take a little longer to visit with the interviewer.

Interview
Seamless and easy three step interview process with recruiter and upper management. It was a phone interview with the recruiter, then passed to next level for technical interview for skill level placement, final step was an interview with the District Manager. The decision process was fast and an offer was made in a timely manner. The next step was the background and drug screen, which all were scheduled and completed within a few days.
