I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied online. A month or so later, I received an email inviting me to fill out a short survey and complete a pre-recorded online interview. The questions were thoughtful and appropriately challenging. It was an interesting way of conducting an interview and a great learning experience. I still have not heard back from Under Armour. I understand that they received a huge number of applications this year. I followed the instructions on the email and kept UA informed about my upcoming deadlines. They were not responsive. Perhaps offers will be extended later this month.

I was selected for the first round of interviews, which is a HireVue. However, I applied a little before January 29, it's been almost a month and have yet to hear back.
