I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Under Armour in Jan 2018
Interview
After applying online in mid-January 2018, I was contacted about a week later and offered an online interview through HireVue which consisted of 8-10 questions, each to be answered in 2-3 minutes through filming yourself via webcam. There are practice questions to test audio, lighting, and to get comfortable in front of the camera. I would definitely take advantage of the practice questions before starting the formal interview. Some applicants were emailed in early March 2018 and told that the process is ongoing and if you have not heard back yet, you are still being considered for open positions, as well as asked for a short application update. The email also stated that decisions will be released no later than April 15, 2018.

Tell us about a time you used a piece of technology (software, hardware, or a system) to creatively solve a problem in a work, academic, team, or volunteer setting.
Based on your previous experiences and preferences, what specific team can you make the biggest contribution to? Be specific. Give an example from your experiences that shows why you can make a big impact in this group.
Give us an example of a time you identified an opportunity to make a team, organization, group or club better and took the initiative to drive the change. What did you do, how did others respond, and what was the result?
At Under Armour, information is everywhere. Talk about a situation when you needed to analyze to make a decision. How did you approach the problem? How did you obtain the required information? What was the result of your analysis?
