Video interview through an online platform - pretty straightforward with an introductory video and seven pre-recorded questions by current rookies. Allows for practice recordings at the beginning so you can record yourself with mock interview questions and rewatch to ensure quality and to calm the nerves prior to starting.

Two rounds of video call interviews. Typical get-to-know-you and why our company questions. Nice interviewers and human resource career people are very nice. Sporty and casual company and interviews reflect that.
