Shockingly inefficient process. I didn’t apply for the role. Recruter approached me because of finding my experience suitable for the role. 3! interviews later I got rejected because of lack of experience for the role lol. Because of 2 interviews were remote ones I couldn’t see “Beautiful Sydney HQ” that was located in one of the industrial suburb, looked more like a dungeon or warehouse in this matter. Ones you walked in two poor staff members with expressions on their face like kml, don’t even greet you. Interview was unimpressive I had to talk about myself 3d time same thing over and over. I could spot some discomfort and tension between team members who interviewed me, red flag. Also they use old laptops and only Excel. Very dreadful environment:( If I had my first interview in “beautiful Sydney HQ” it would be never a second one. So please do me a favour don’t waste your time even for interviews there.
