I applied online. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2016
Interview
It was a bit odd since it was a pre-recorded online interview. You have 1 minute to think about the question and 3 mins to answer the question. It's a bit awkward but at the same time you do have time to think about the question that the video ask you.
The first round interviews were conducted over HireVue. This format puts a question on the screen and gives you 30-60 seconds to give an answer. The medium is not the best since you are speaking to a computer screen without much interaction from another person
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Under Armour
Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews. Application>Virtual Interview>Phone Interview>Occasionally another phone interview>Offer.
Very competitive. I used Glassdoor for my interview. I was prepared for every question accept they asked a "name a time you used technology to solve a problem" question twice by re-phrasing it. It caught me off guard. Make sure you have at least two go-to answers for the same questions like strengths, weaknesses, company fit and the questions I put below.
