After submitting your application, you'll be asked to complete a hirevue digital assessment/interview in two stages. The first stage is a Game-Based Assessment (3 game-based questions) that should take at most 25 minutes. If you pass the first stage, you'll be notified for the next stage interview which is Video-Based Assessment(3 scenario-based simulations).

1. Application - A test of your motivation in writing at least 4000 words worth of responses
2. Reasoning test
3. Phone interview - this is where the responses in your application form will come in handy 4. Assessment centre - 1 individual case presentation, 1 1-1 interview with HR business partners and 1 group case discussion.
