I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever in Nov 2014
Interview
There was an initial quite lengthy online application then a phone interview which lasts half an hour. You need to book a slot for this and they go quickly so make sure you check regularly. After this there was an assessment centre but I did not make it to that stage.
