I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unilever (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Feb 2014
Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 personal interviews. the first one with an HR person and the other two with managers and directors.
There was no tests or any sort of group activity. They do run an strong background check and ask for many examples from previous jobs.
Very speedy good process. I was asked to create an influencer campaign and which influencer I would reach out too. The interview was conducted online via teams so it was all done online which made it easy to take time from my current role.
