Show up to a relatively nice hotel, Sit through a hour long briefing talking about how terrible it is to work for the railroad and a little about the life style. Take a break come back and start with interviews

Interview
A few video questions. Very simple stuff, they also have a questionnaire to fill out regarding your personality, if you get to that point make sure you don’t select anything regarding being a “creative” type if you want the job.
very simple short and to the point. it was only 12 questions and its a recording of yourself answering questions that they have out . you get like 2 or 3 mins to answer them

Interview
It was an open setting at a hotel lobby they had everyone who was interviewing at that time to wait in a line until they call us. once called we sat down with like a panel of two people interviewed. The process wasn’t bad went by pretty fast.
