Promised many things, of which much higher pay then what they actually pay me. Also promised an upbeat and safe workplace but that is not the case. Generally they said what people wanted to hear to get them to leave their current job and start with them.

Interview
you apply online, it usually takes 3 to 4 months to get back to you usually through email. you take an online test, then they invite you to a hiring session if you did well enough on the test. in the hiring session they try to scare you away by telling you, you never see your family. you are interviewed one by one, and as long as you don't say anything dumb in the interview they will hire you.
