Interview
I had only one interview round with the manager where I was asked about my previous experience and brief about me. They check the communication sometimes asking to write an essay.
Once after profile was shortlisted there was an interview with the respective manager, if selected the next round will be a discussion with HR to finalize things. After this, the recruiter will discuss on the salary & send the offer
