I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Universal Orlando Resort
Interview
I originally applied online for attractions attendant. Waited about two days before sending an email asking for the status of my application. They said they were interested and i easily set up a time to go for an interview. Sat down for a while in HR and was interviewed fairly quickly. My days of availability didn't match those of attractions so they offered me another position.

I applied online. I interviewed at Universal Orlando Resort (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2015
Interview
Applied online at resorts website. Received an email for a mass interview event. The interview process is 2 parts and is about 2-3 hours long. You are interviewed separately by 2 people, and are hired on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Universal Orlando Resort (Orlando, FL)
Interview
I had 2 onsite interviews that occurred during the same day.
First interview was to figure out you were fit for the position or any other position. Asking why you want to work for universal?
Additionally many team related questions like what were some goals I have set with a team and did you accomplish any of them?
My advice is to be ready to answer team related questions because universal doesn't treat you like an employee, they treat you like part of a team. Your not an employee, your a "team member" In their eyes.
Second interview was with the department manager asking more specific questions like have you made any mistakes with a customer/coworker and how did you manage and resolve that issue?
And have you ever witnessed a team member freeloading and how did you take care of that situation?
Just behavior type questions and team related questions and why you want to work for the company is all you need to prepare for.
Good luck!

Question 1
How did you manage and resolve any mistakes you have made with a customer?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Universal Orlando Resort (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2015
Interview
Got there early and waited in a comfortable lobby that played the Transformers movies. Everyone was extremely friendly and it's a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. Was asked to fill out a pre-interview paper (nothing difficult: availability, name, if you want to be considered for other positions, ect.) which you take into the interview.
When your name is called you are led into a small room with multiple cubicles and asked to sit in close proximity with the interviewer. Standard questions, like "why do you want to work Universal?"
After that, if they like you they will go over job specifics and double check your availability. Then they will offer you the position. If you accept you are asked to wait in the lobby again (I waited about an hour) until you're called to take a photo ID, get fingerprinted, and receive your paperwork and orientation info!
(Dress business casual or business formal!)
(Smile!)
(Know your social security number!)
(Make sure you have the verified forms of ID they ask for when you apply)
