I went through two phone screens and they were used to determine if I was a good candidate for the position. After that I went through three separate skype interviews. I am not sure if this is the norm with the hiring process. But even after all of that, they did not even send me an email saying they went with another candidate and I was left in the dark. I understand they are a big company and do not have time to reach out to everyone in the interview process, but after five interviews over two months, I would think I had gotten far enough to be told I didn't get it.
