Very long personality test with online application. 2 days later was called about interview for the following day. Met an HR rep, normal interview questions, "tell me about your experience doing ____" Took a typing test and another personality test. He told me he liked me and I would be getting a second interview. 3 days later I got a call asking me to interview the next day. Relaxed atmosphere but questions were aimed at getting me to show my true colors. Asked about experience and how it relates to job. 5 days later I got the call telling me I got the job!
