Upper Lake Processing Services interview questions

Applied, was called the following week for phone screen and scheduled interview. Interviewed once heard back a week later with an offer. All in all it took about 3 weeks total

Brief phone interview with HR; then an in person interview with the director of HR; followed by several interviews by the senior leadership. They ranged from other HR personnel, lead counsel, director of call center operations, and the president of the company. None of the questions were rote questions, it was more seeing if I would be a good fit in their leadership team.
