I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Veeva Systems in Jan 2019
Interview
I applied online through my University. Got an email the next day to set up a Skype call. It went really well, only took about 30 minutes just answering basic resume questions. I received an email later that day to schedule the case interview so I was very pleased in the response time after the first round. I completed the Salesforce case and made my presentation. I thought it was okay. They had some comments but I was able to answer all of their follow-up questions thoroughly. Sent a thank-you note later that day and received no response. Checked in again after 2 weeks and still didn't receive a response. Finally, 3 weeks after the case study I received the generic rejection "other candidates were a better fit" email from the no-reply Veeva recruiting team. I was pretty disappointed that after 2 rounds of interviews and a large amount of time devoted to the case exercise that the interviewers couldn't send me a quick "we're sorry" email rather than the standard rejection message.

Question 1
This is a remote position. What makes you think you would be a good fit for this kind of role?
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

Interview
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
